a camp for basketball coaches, basketball students, and anyone eager to learn the coaching profession.

Welcome to the first specialized camp for basketball coaches and students, organized by ASG Group in collaboration with the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, University of Niš.

📅 Duration: 4 working days, from 8th to 11th November 2025

This event offers an opportunity for coaches and students to gain practical professional development through on-court training and direct mentorship from top experts.


🎓 The goals of the ASG Coaching Pathway Camp are:

  • To raise the level of coaching practice and expertise,
  • To develop specific technical and tactical skills,
  • To create a network of promising coaches for work domestically and internationally,
  • To provide high-quality practical training for students.

🧭 Program Overview
The camp will be organized through a combination of theoretical and practical sessions, with active participation from all attendees. The program includes:
  • Theoretical sessions – Coaches and students will learn the principles of each training station, the methodology of exercises, and effective ways to transfer knowledge.
  • Demonstrations and coach practice – Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate exercises, lead parts of the training, and practically apply the techniques under mentor supervision.
  • Practical application with players – During the final part of the camp, coaches will work directly with young players, implementing all techniques and tactics they have learned.
  1. 📌 The training runs in parallel with the player camp, providing coaches and students with a realistic and intensive hands-on experience in true training conditions.
🧑‍🏫 Expert Team
The practical sessions will be led by Saša Grujić, Master of Sport and a coach with over 30 years of experience at all levels — from youth categories, through senior teams, to EuroLeague and national teams at European and World Championships.
